Your wedding date can be reserved by sending to Rev. Akana

• $250 deposit (nonrefundable)
• A completed Wedding Information Form* 

 *Once I receive your Wedding Information Form, I will look it over carefully and determine if I can provide the type of service you desire.  If, in good conscience, I do not feel I can provide such a service, I will let you know immediately and discuss the possibilities of finding a happy compromise.  If such a compromise does not seem likely, I will return your deposit within one week.

 If you are unable to save or print a Wedding Information Form, you can obtain a hard copy by contacting Rev. Akana.
